Inlet Water Conditions

Fresh or Salt water from a moving water source. No visible Algae, sewage, waste water, oil or other visible contaminates. Water should appear clear and clean.

Pre Filtration

Three Stage Cartridge Filter 4x20" Size

1. 20 Micron Pleated 2. 5 Micron Sediment 3. 5 Micron Carbon

Reverse Osmosis

 Industrial Grade Reverse Osmosis 

Vontron or Dupont SW4040LE Membranes. Up to 5 elements in series and pressurised at up to 1200 PSI. Up to 1000Litres per hour from Sea water. For extended Longevity should be run at 700 PSI. Must be flushed at least one every 2 weeks after use to stay in service. 

UV Sterilisation

 NSF 55 Class A UV Sterilisation 

Built in UV Sterilisation. NSF 55 Class A compliant system. Installed at final point before water exits the unit. Integrated solenoid valve shuts off flow if UVT falls below suitable value. Lifespan up to 12months before lamp should be changed.

1000PSI Duplex Stainless Steel Axial Pressure Pump. Estimated 8000hr service interval. Must be used with 5 micron sediment filter installed. Pump paired with BLDC 10KW motor and controller.
